Play based learning underpins the learning and educators are supported and encourages to utilise the natural environment.

Educators support each other within their chosen career by attending meetings, social events and professional training. New Educators are visited weekly to gain advice and assistance. Even though you work alone there are many opportunities to network with fellow Educators and staff.
